The Decisiv Service Management Platform automatically codes many standard operations, including a significant number of warranty repairs, enabling dealer and fleet systems to share parts and labor data in a common format.

Available to any fleet using the Decisiv Service Management Platform, an integration flows accurate data into the TMT Fleet Maintenance software from TMW Systems Inc. Decisiv’s interface with TMT Fleet Maintenance delivers information on assets, contacts, pending work, preventive maintenance, warranty coverage during external service events. Additionally, the integration returns an electronic folder containing estimates, repairs orders, inspections, service campaigns, labor and parts information and other documents such as pictures of damaged parts to the TMT Fleet Maintenance system.

With the Decisiv Service Management Platform fleets and dealer locations can access fault data and vehicle information from the Volvo Link telematics device and initiate repair and service events. Volvo Link hardware is standard equipment on all new Volvo trucks, and can be retrofitted on most models to bring integrated vehicle communication to any fleet operating anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.
