Fleet and Service Location Usage Increases Rapidly at Decisiv

More than 630,000 service events have now been managed on all versions of the Decisiv Service Management Platform

Glen Allen, Virginia – January 3, 2012 – Decisiv, Inc., the provider of an advanced web-based technology designed to connect fleet managers with internal and external service locations, today announced that the total number of service events handled on the Decisiv Service Management Platform since the beginning of 2010 now exceeds 630,000 cases.

The volume of service business handled on the Decisiv platform in the past two years topped 630,000 cases one week before the end of 2011. In 2010, platform users recorded over 275,000 service events. Continued growth in fleet usage has brought the number of assets loaded onto the platform to more than 150,000. Decisiv now has over 175 fleets and 500 service locations on the platform.
