- Consolidated view of service events. Get on the same page with the service location—literally. The Decisiv Platform dashboard gives you a unique web page for viewing all your service events.
- Electronic folder. Organize everything in one place withal folder that contains vehicle details, estimates and agreed‑upon changes, pictures, documents, electronic conversations with the service location, inspection results, and more.
- Request for service. Start the process by selecting a vehicle and describing the problem or request. Enter the vehicle location, find which service locations are closest, and “push” the request to them.
